VillaPunta aqua is situated direct on the beach with sand inside the sea. All around the villa there are 100 years old olive trees which give perfect shadow. Parking for several cars and a boat trailer is insured. Boat anchorage is on buoy that is situated in front of house. The buoy is suitable for boats up to 8m. Distance from the sea shore is cca 30m. Place to slip the boat into the sea is by the riva in Sukosan.
Below the villa, along sea cost there is a narrow promenade which you can use to get to the center and visit romantic village center with whole range of traditional dalmatian tavern, modern coffee bars and souvenir shops. Ancient town Zadar is short 10 minutes drive from Sukošan.
This is low energy house. Heating and cooling system is conducted by fan coils which give a nice feeling in house. Devices are in each room.
